Shipping policy
Processing Time Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will be processed the next business day. Orders typically ship within 2–5 business days of placing the order.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
US:
- Standard Shipping: 2-5 business days - $4.95 USD flat rate shipping
- Free Standard Shipping on orders over $85 USD
- * Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and unincorporated territories of the United States can take additional 7-12 business days.
Canada:
- Standard Shipping: 2-5 business days - $10 CDN flat rate shipping
- Free Standard Shipping on orders over $120 CDN
Geographic Coverage We currently ship to all 50 US states, and Canada.
Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can monitor its progress!
Where do orders ship from? Our US printers are based in Miami, Florida, and San Jose, California. Our Canadian printer is based in Toronto, Ontario.
Delivery Most packages are delivered during standard business hours. If you're not available to receive your package, the carrier will leave a delivery notice with instructions for pickup or redelivery.
Damaged or Lost Packages If your package arrives damaged or goes missing during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order.
Holiday Shipping During peak holiday seasons, processing and delivery times may be extended. We recommend placing orders early to ensure timely delivery.
