Shipping policy
Processing Time Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will be processed the next business day. Orders are typically shipped within 1–4 days of placing the order.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Shipping within the US:
- Standard Shipping: 2-5 business days - $4.95
- Free Standard Shipping: Available on US orders over $75
- * Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and unincorporated territories of the United States can take additional 7 – 12 business days.
Geographic Coverage We currently ship to all 50 US states. We are working to offer international shipping in the future.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated based on your order total and selected shipping method. Final shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Orders of $75+ get FREE Standard shipping.
Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can monitor its progress!
Delivery Most packages are delivered during standard business hours. If you're not available to receive your package, the carrier will leave a delivery notice with instructions for pickup or redelivery.
Damaged or Lost Packages If your package arrives damaged or goes missing during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order.
Holiday Shipping During peak holiday seasons, processing and delivery times may be extended. We recommend placing orders early to ensure timely delivery.
