Refunds and size replacements are available within 30 days of your original purchase date. We cannot offer either after that window. A replacement does not restart or extend it.

Damages or defects

Incorrect, damaged, or defective items are eligible for a full refund or replacement. Requests must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Doesn’t fit? We’ll send a new size.

Tell us the size you need, and we’ll send you a replacement in that size. No return needed—please donate it or share it with a friend.
